The start of my time with Ideal Image (Face to Face Spa) was horrible. However, once Michelle became manager, her and her team have turned things around. Michelle has a professional understanding of customer service. It is hard to get appointments, but the team is good at what they do. Michelle, thanks for improving my experience with Ideal Image.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Opted in for a treatment, got put on the wait list for 3 months, had an injury with a doctor's note and told them $3K just isn't in the budget after my surgery with 5K unexpectedly out of pocket, and they still refused to cancel my loan, even when I said just keep what I paid as a penalty fee. This is the worst and I will never be using them again. Reporting this higher. Follow up to this review - no one has reached out and I have 3 times with no response. Reporting to CFPB.
I came to this place for melasma, but they told me it was impossible for my situation. The problem started after I paid. They've been giving me a freebie and a glow treatment, but unfortunately, a receptionist lost my appointment; she never put me on the schedule. Now, to make an appointment, I have to give them my debit card in case I can cancel. Cancel?! They never even took my appointment? I've been filling out appointments on time, and I even have to wait 30 minutes because they arrive late. This situation is ridiculous!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SAVE YOUR MONEY! They cancel appointments left and right! Overpriced! They Space out appointment 8 weeks apart no exceptions even tho my body can take the laser and I want it done quicker! They don’t remind you about appointments that are booked 8 weeks out then make you pay a 50$ fee when u miss the appointment. Started growing hair on my back from it. I have nothing but positive feedback for all the staff I had dealt with at this location. The reason for 3 stars is because I am so upset at how much I spent on laser hair removal to still have to shave daily in some areas which after paying $2,500 for treatment you expect maybe some hair still but not as much as I am dealing with daily.
