To begin with, the secretary staff was so attentive and kind! Tracy was my injector and she was AMAZING! Tracy made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and was attentive to me being a fainter! Tracy got the job done quick and the results are FLAWLESS! Tracy reviewed my chart before hand and was extremely knowledgeable on my symmetry and asked for my opinion throughout! 10/10 will be going here again! The staff made sure I was knowledgeable on discounts and deals to save me a few bucks. I’m so glad I went!
Great customer service, appointments are on time and speedy! Rachel is Super speedy and very nice and professional when doing my laser hair removal. The girls at the desk are always super nice and personable!

Everyone that I had an encounter with from scheduling the initial appointment, to the staff that checked me in for my appointment, to the NP that did my procedure were amazing! Everyone was very informative and friendly! They answered any questions I had and explained everything thoroughly to me!
