Rude rude rude corporate agents. This companys sales tactics are such a scam. "Treat to complete" is not what they make it seem like it is. Its still a limited number of treatments.
Please please do not give your hard earned money to this company its a trap, the customer service is horrible i put in over $1700 only to be refused services ....i didnt receive 1 service and they wont let me out of contract with healthcare finance they just give u the run around. I would never recommend.
Ideal image is a complete scam. They have to be a “nurse” but I don’t believe that for a second. I had a lady do filler in my nasalabia folds from the Memphis tn location and she 100% destroyed this area. It looks AWFUL. They won’t dissolve it or offer any compensation for what they’ve caused. I have had work done other places and have always been satisfied! This is the only place that has ever messed up my face. I will be hiring an attorney TODAY! On 5/22/25 I had horrible experience with new manager while visiting the Arlington TX clinic for treatment. In a public setting the manager attempted to discuss fee changes. I explained that I’m a life time member that’s been charged same fees for the last 10 years. I advised I would address my concerns with corporate office. I already sent this, but apparently was deleted I went to ideal image in Braintree. The nurse gave me the exact opposite when I asked for, I was never told this I had a situation with the secretary before I went because she was rude. When I got there I told the nurse exactly what I wanted. When I say that she gave me the opposite of what I asked for I mean it.
