I have packages that I’ve already paid for and services that were not rendered, and the location has closed. The headquarters in Tampa is also closed. So how do we go about getting our money back that is owed to us?
I am extremely discouraged with how this situation has been handled by Ideal Image. The doctor and staff at the Melbourne, FL location were wonderful, and I truly appreciated the care I received there. Unfortunately, the office has now closed following the doctor’s resignation. I was going to the Tulsa ideal image location. I moved to Michigan and was told when I left I’d be able to transfer my service. Part of the reason I chose ideal image was because they had locations nationwide that I was told I would be able to go to and that my contract would be honored. I was then informed at the Michigan location that the Tulsa location had been sold off to another company that only operates in Oklahoma. The ideal image location at Gaithersburg stole my money! I paid half on a payment plan for Botox and fillers. When I went in for my filler, the nurse told me she would not feel comfortable giving me the fillers because she deemed me in eligible. The nurse stated my marionette lines were not deep enough, and the filler would just clump up and look lumpy in my face.. The nurse herself mentioned a refund it was not my idea. on the first visit they left my right eyebrow waay higher than the other. Went back 2 weeks later to get it fixed and resulted in severe eyelid droop. I never want to go back again! I only asked for a refund on the remaining units I have left in the bank. On the clinical side they approved it but corporate denied it. I has been humiliating for me the past couple of months with no improvement. I had to resort to using eyelid tape to be able to go out in public.
