I already sent this, but apparently was deleted I went to ideal image in Braintree. The nurse gave me the exact opposite when I asked for, I was never told this I had a situation with the secretary before I went because she was rude. When I got there I told the nurse exactly what I wanted. When I say that she gave me the opposite of what I asked for I mean it. This place is a total scam.!!!! I was sold a lifetime time hair removal service. After I paid off the service the hair was not removed as promised and I was told lifetime rates were doubled in price and lifetime service was no longer honored!!!!! BEWARE of this company it is a total SCAM!!!!!

If I could give Ideal Image a 0, I would. Everyone in the Indianapolis office has been friendly, however, the company itself is a MASSIVE SCAM! The sales associate I worked with told me I would be grandfathered in (her exact words via email) to a $43 copay. After speaking to someone in the Indy office they said all their contracts are subject to change. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with . The news media , BBB and social media needs to be aware how they run . They lie over and over . Have trashy people working in their offices. They cancel one hour prior to an appointment. Their poor excuse is they do not have enough staff and one provider went home sick 😂 . Please do not pay them ahead or upfront . Do not give these people your money . It’s a scam .
