The ideal image location at Gaithersburg stole my money! I paid half on a payment plan for Botox and fillers. When I went in for my filler, the nurse told me she would not feel comfortable giving me the fillers because she deemed me in eligible. on the first visit they left my right eyebrow waay higher than the other. Went back 2 weeks later to get it fixed and resulted in severe eyelid droop. I never want to go back again! I only asked for a refund on the remaining units I have left in the bank. On the clinical side they approved it but corporate denied it. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! I went with them for cool, sculpting treatment, I did my initial zoom meeting with one of their representatives and scheduled an appointment for later that week. The very next day I was told by my doctor, it would be unsafe for me to do cool sculpting with the medical issues I have so I called the very next morning and canceled the appointment. Ideal image deserves a zero rating. I was told I would have a lifelong membership with ideal image but because I guess it was a franchise they bought out, that changed to a different company I will never be able to get a touch up. This was a complete surprise to me and I feel very misled and lied to. It is a terrible company. There has got to be some kind of grounds here for a lawsuit.
Rude rude rude corporate agents. This companys sales tactics are such a scam. "Treat to complete" is not what they make it seem like it is. Its still a limited number of treatments.
