I have been a client at Ideal Image for 7 yrs. Around 2 months ago, I had my lips filled and some Botox around my eyes. Kelly was my nurse. She did a wonderful job with my lips and eyes. In fact, I've never been this happy with them! I find that Ideal Image is the spa to go to for lips! I must say that Ideal Image surpasses all the other spas I've been to when it comes to lips. My nurse Alaina was very knowledgeable about the treatments I was having today. She was just all around a GREAT nurse. She made me feel very comfortable and she made me feel like she has a genuine concern for her clients She went above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly and she stayed with me until the treatment was completed at 5:45pm Sacrificing time away from her family to take care of her clients.
So I had a consultation over the phone and the girl was very pushy and I’m glad I never signed anything but ideal image charged a loan company saying I had wanted services WHEN I NEVER SIGNED OR SAID YES. And when I called ideal image they said they couldn’t do anything so I’m getting my lawyer involved and turning them in to the better business bureau because that is so wrong
