Charging 4000 dollars over sticker! Are the people that shop with you not worth an honest deal? How sad, other dealerships don’t need to rob people to make money. I would stay away from those thieves, far, far away.

On Saturday 8/8 my husband and I visited Ideal Hyundai in Frederick, MD. We live in PA and had visited other dealers in PA, this was our first MD experience. We were worried going out of state to make this purchase but everyone was knowledgeable on what all we would need to do/know for the purchase. For me buying a car is one of the most stressful things to do. This last go round was no different. Bait/switch games at every turn...up and down the east coast!! Don’t ever go here for service. Was my first and last time ever going. Service advisors have no clue what they’re talking about and the service manager will lie right to your face. Terrible service. Terrible communication and absolutely no honesty.
