Mike and his team are incredible. My AC Unit went out on July 4th, and his team responded to my request immediately, while maintaining contact with me throughout the 4th of July. By 12 noon July 6th, Mike and his team fully installed a new HVAC system. To accomplish this in under 48 hours, over a holiday break is unbelievable. There is no better HVAC company in Fauquier County. Extremely hardworking, professional and trustworthy.
We had a issue with our unit, which is up in the attic. It was almost 90 degrees on our second floor. I called around 8pm, expecting to get a voicemail, but Frances answered the call. Within 45 minutes, Mike was at our home. In under 2 hours, Mike had diagnosed and fixed the issue. Everything about the process from start to finish was smooth and transparent.
