The temps have been around the upper 90 degrees the last couple of days and my heat pump has been struggling. I contacted Ideal this morning and the owner came by in the afternoon. I was so worried that the heat pump was getting up there in age and on its last leg; nope, no worry about the age of the unit, just a clogged line. I adore these folks!
I called on a Saturday morning after finding Ideal HVAC on Facebook - you know how the story goes, no heat and it’s freezing in here! I wasn’t sure anybody would be able to come out same day but within just a few minutes of calling and leaving a message, I already had a call back and less than two hours later, Mike was here to help us out. Fortunately, it was a simple fix and our house is on the way to warming up. We are very appreciative of their prompt customer service. Mike is the best in the business! He installed a new HVAC system is my previous home and is our go to person for all things HVAC. Don't go anywhere else, he is friendly, honest, kind and knows his stuff!
I cannot say enough nice things about this small business family owned company! Frances is always timely in her responses to my emails or texts. As well as Mike being very responsive to service calls. Prices are very fair.
Used them a couple of times over the years. Mike is smart, helpful, and they have saved me a ton of money in my hvac unit still running since 1984. Cannot recommend them enough!
