I called on a Saturday morning after finding Ideal HVAC on Facebook - you know how the story goes, no heat and it’s freezing in here! I wasn’t sure anybody would be able to come out same day but within just a few minutes of calling and leaving a message, I already had a call back and less than two hours later, Mike was here to help us out. Mike is the best in the business! He installed a new HVAC system is my previous home and is our go to person for all things HVAC. Don't go anywhere else, he is friendly, honest, kind and knows his stuff!
I cannot say enough nice things about this small business family owned company! Frances is always timely in her responses to my emails or texts. As well as Mike being very responsive to service calls. Prices are very fair.
Used them a couple of times over the years. Mike is smart, helpful, and they have saved me a ton of money in my hvac unit still running since 1984. Cannot recommend them enough!
Mike and Ideal HVAC services are awesome! Within an hour of us calling for help with our air conditioner, he was at our house checking things out! Mike is an honest, hard worker, no bull type of person. We were pleasantly surprised as we've been burned with other contractors in the past. Mike is knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need! We will be using Ideal HVAC for our needs in the future and will pass their info along to friends and family!!
