I visited Ideal Honda today to have my winter tires removed and summer tires put on, along with an oil change. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Miira for cheerfully greeting me and getting my visit off to a great start. My vehicle was ready in the time promised, and other servicing needs were clearly explained. My family has bought and had vehicles serviced by Ideal Honda since 2004, and we have always been impressed with their professionalism and quality of service. Highly recommend!

Honda cars are as always excellent, and the team is great while selling but buyer beware. When closing the deal, they will promise you something as essential as “2 free services” or something as small as “winter mats” but they will not deliver on the promise. When being sold to, you will be told “Oh come meet me when the time for service comes, I will get it done” but when you reach out you will flatly be refused.
