Purchase my civic . When I purchased the car it came with tire and rim protection , I go into change my tires and I ask them about it now they tell me Honda won’t honour it and nothing they can do . Buddy who sold me the car has left the company and the sales manger is basically saying to bad not our fault .. this sucks wouldn’t recommend this place at all the will lie to you to get you to buy a car then go back on everything they said . 40 thousand dollar car and the won’t honour anything

Do not buy a Honda at all. I purchased a brand-new Honda CR-V Hybrid, and after some time, the engine failed due to what I was told was a design flaw. Despite the car being under warranty, I was still charged a significant amount for repairs. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff treated me very badly. Since the day I bought the car, I had to visit the dealership at least once a month because of ongoing issues. Edit: Apr 2026 - After sales service is fantastic, Biran from the service team has been amazing!! He handled the post purchase issues I had and went above and beyond to make sure my car was up to standard. This gives me a ton of confidence in this dealership to make things right and will continue to buy from here in the future. Very clean facility.
