Had a home built everything was perfect. The people that work there were very helpful and if we had any issues they came out and fixed them.
Wonderful company with great customer service! This was our first new home and Ideal Homes really set the bar high. We loved the design center experience and how patient our builder was with all of our crazy questions! This company has a great reputation in Oklahoma and I would recommend them to anyone.
We have built two homes with Ideal Homes (both in the Edmond area) and the experience has been wonderful. We have several friends who bought homes from Ideal as well... and we found their reputation in OKC to be stellar. The have a customer care department that even walked through our home a year after we moved in to ensure our satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the OKC metro area.
Avoid for new homes. Very unethical sales practices. Their salespeople are NOT licensed realtors and do not have to following the legal and ethical requirements for a licensed realtor. Ideal Homes hides deed restrictions (15%+ of sales price payable to the developer if you sell your home within 3 years) in the neighborhood association covenants, which are not provided to buyers and are currently not available online.
