ZERO STAR! If we had this op! Do not trust them and don’t ruin your dream house journey with dishonest, irresponsible people in this company! We lost lots of time and some money ! They forced us to accept new conditions without our agreement to sign! Lucky enough we found out they are wrong people and wrong place to build with. Just move to the next option if you don’t want to be looser like us . That’s the minimum help I can do to share our horrible experience with you and ask you to think twice .

They got 5k deposit which we’ve been told it will be taken off from our build cost , but in contract it was a part of cost !!!
