I cannot say enough wonderful things about the work Bryan and his crew did on our roof. Bryan helped walk us through every step of our process and made it entirely easy and painless! The crew did an amazing job in applying the new roof in one day and cleaning up once finished. I cannot recommend Bryan and his crew highly enough to anyone needing a new roof!
Not one to usually write reviews, but I felt with the service I received, they deserved one. Bryan was flat out awesome! He talked to you like he had known you for years, and explained everything to a T.. I honestly never imagined that something could go so smooth. I'd recommend iDEAL to every person I know. 5 stars doesn’t cut it! Not only is my new roof beautiful and was completed in two days with not a bit of mess left behind, the crew was kind and respectful and clean. But the business world has a lot to learn from the smile, customer service , and kindness of Bryan! We were treated with such kindness respect and informative concepts it was like dealing with family!
