Terrible agency! They do not care for their employees. My mother had a case, in which she needed a residence parking permit to park at her assigned patients home. The agency refused to help her, saying they never heard of such thing. My mom had to park a block away from the house each day and received a parking ticket for parking on the street. Tried to apply to 2 different cases, the first one I understand why I didn’t get any call because of the days and hours, however for the second one I applied as soon as it came out and still received no call. Kind of a waste of time.
