I can't give a recommendation when the woman they send to provide service to my mother violates the rules by only wearing one glove, and doesn't seem to understand the importance of washing her hands, or how to adequately perform household chores. She doesn't even wash dishes properly. I was disgusted to see food remaining on a pan she supposedly washed and smudges on the plate and cutlery in the dish strainer. This could cause illness in a client. What kind of training so they give these people?
