0 stars actually! Do not use Ideal Solutions. I worked with Chris, he came four times, charged me over $1000, and my HVAC still isn’t fixed. He also charged $400 for a thermostat that should’ve cost $120. Total rip-off. DO NOT go with them!

Kamal installed our furnace earlier this year and we had a major gas leak only a few months after. The entire house was filled with gas so we hired Air One KW, the fastest contractors available, as Kamal from was unsure when he'd be available, even though it was an emergency and we had a one year warranty. Our technicians at Air One KW said furnace installations don't normally cause gas leaks, but Kamal said it was normal and refused to reimburse us. Do NOT use this service! Complete rip off. Continue to look at other HVAC services who will not steal your money. Our AC malfunctioned and initially diagnosed as a leak in the interior coil. When Kamal came out, he told there were no issues and nothing was needed to be done. We told him the lines outside were frozen before we shut off the AC, but he said it was running fine. When the AC was turned back on, there was a loud rattling sound. So we called Kamal to come back (after payment was made). Guess who didn't want to come... read more
