The service advisors were knowledgeable, friendly and neat. Highly recommend them.
We used Ideal to put A/C heat pump units in our back stage area not serviced by our main units. From the electrical to turning them on when done and cleaning up - they were great. In and out in day - communicative and delivered what it said on the tin. I'd use them again in a minute.
I had Furnace, AC and water heater replaced by Ideal Heating. I was reviewing 5 quotes and was really impressed by how well Amit communicated every step of the process and options without being pushy. Kwanjae did an amazing job, and my place was kept tidy. Both Amit and Kwanjae are very accommodating, which was nice as I’m very picky. Recommended.
