I had to replace a gas valve on a 10 year old furnace. Fresh air intake was in the wrong spot. Amit was professional and courteous, provided pricing with options and gave us time to decide. Next day job done. Amit reset some options on the control board and thermostat that were wrong, so the furnace runs a lot smoother now. Thank you Amit for your thoroughness.
I am so impressed by this company. They helped me very late in the evening and then followed up with sending technicians to completely resolve the furnace problem. I used this opportunity to conduct duct cleaning also. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Customer care was also very polite and supportive. Very impressed.
