Dr Yau is wonderful, I've been seeing him for more than 10 yrs. So kind and generous and really is a caring person.. Since he has moved location, the front desk staff are terrible. So rude, they never answer the phone, they don't call if you missed an appointment. I tried calling from 11 till noon, no answer, and only to finally tell me the office was closed. I missed my 12:45 appointment and the lady with the black long hair was so unprofessional. She gave me this look of disgust as she told me I missed my appointment. Well... read more
Dr. Yau is excellent. The front desk staff, not so much. .miss his personnel from Strandherd Constantly on hold, cuts u off if on hold too long.. have to call again, again, again grrrr...im on my 4th time!!! But having Dr. YAU makes it all worthwhile!!
The office staff are horrible. Leave you hanging on the phone or just hang up on you. Do not follow up properly with doctors after discussions. Give false information as to appointments. Ensure you follow up. I love my doctor who is very professional.
Dr. Yau is the best doctor I have ever had. Great communication!
