I’ve had Ideal out to my house in Boulder City for three separate projects. Cesar and Adonis were extremely professional and competent, great communicators and did a great job every time. Cesar is a wonderful handyperson, in fact, ideal 😀. He came the day after I contacted him, and he was very efficient in extracting the information he needed to do the job. He apologized when the bill was just a bit more than his ridiculously low estimate had been. I hit the jackpot, because now I have someone I can rely on for those repairs and improvements I need and want. It's inspiring, because the work of finding someone to carry out a plan has been eliminated!

Cesar showed up and quoted us a fair price. He worked quickly and efficiently. But the thing that stood out the most - even beyond his professionalism and quality work - was that he went above and beyond ensuring he was able to find a part that was not easily found and still completed everything in one day.
