He tenido una buena experiencia con la Dra. Yaramada y su consultorio siempre está limpio. Lamentablemente, el personal podría mejorar, especialmente el asistente médico de la parte de atrás, que no es muy amable. También me ha costado conseguir respuestas por teléfono y termino teniendo que ir en persona. ¡Qué ridículo el asistente Ian muy mal servicio no explica lo que uno tiene y no te da soluciones para nada .
Brought my mom for the first time and the service is amazing the PA Cervantes explained everything and took his time
I've had a good experience with Dr. Yaramada's bedside manners, and her office is always clean. Unfortunately, the staff could improve, especially the M.A. in the back who's not very friendly. I've also struggled to get answers over the phone and end up having to visit in person. Ridiculous.
Never had a bad experience here, great Doctors all around, very caring, knowledgeable, and they listen to all of your concerns. I highly recommend Ideal Gastro.
