It’s very comforting to know your in great hands. The doctors and all their assistance have been very kind and exceptionally friendly. The doctors are very compassionate and truly love helping others and especially listening and answering all your questions. My rating is high because of their sincerity.
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. Ideal Gastro is top notch hands down. From the front desk receptionists, the staff is very professional and helpful. Hands down Dr Abdelkarem is one of the best gastroenterologists in this area. Not to mention his associate Brianne Bridgeland APRN-BC hands down is one of the best providers as well. Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgeable in her field of hepatology. I challenge anyone out there to find a better office staff, medical doctors, providers than ideal Gastro.
This was a second opinion for me, I saw Ian Donahue PA and I was VERY PLEASED with him. I’ve been having horrible flares in my stomach for over a year, he requested for me to have an ultrasound. I had a endoscopy & a colonoscopy back in October 2024 with Kaiser and I was told they didn’t find anything. I was so upset, because this has affected my daily life and I was in pain. They can’t get anything right at this place. they couldn’t get prescriptions called in correctly on two occasions. Now, today, I prepped for an Endoscopy that they scheduled (even called yesterday to confirm) to find out that they rescheduled it without telling me. This place is the absolute worse, I wish I could give them negative stars. Avoid this place at all costs, I am now looking for a new doctor.
