We had another installer begin our attic lift installation who we ran off for incompetence. So unboxed unit with parts everywhere. Damon came in, stayed late (because we were moving in the next day) and accomplished the task at hand. All of his services were performed in a professional manner and the lift works great! He communicated very well on schedule and quotation. Stellar guy.
