They will not honor any warranty or agreements to pay for damages. I've had Ideal do 2 of my garage floors and our pool deck Ive also have referred them to several jobs. but when they finished my pool they did not protect the coping around the pool. the coping is a powder coated aluminum strip that separates the concrete and liner of pool. They hit it with the concrete grinder a got a lot of the finish (polyurea) on it. They did attempt to clean it but it only made it worse, so the result was to have it refinished.
