Sent in a picture of what i wanted and that pampas grass was the most important of all. In the end it was completely mess up and looked nothing like picture but blamed it on supplier. If that is the issue contact the customer and cancel the order.

Such a wonderful experience with every order I place, the owner is accommodating and so sweet. The after hours work put in for some last minute arrangements I have order didn't go unnoticed. Awesome florist! I live out of state so I normally use a third party online company to send flowers to my mom. However with horrible experiences the last several times I decided to just call a local florist directly. I’m so glad I did! Ideal Florist was great helping me with my needs, delivery same day, and an absolutely gorgeous flower arrangement! I highly recommend using them directly! Thank you Ideal Florist for doing an amazing job!
