I love this gym so much! Heather is very knowledgeable and definitely knows what she’s talking about. She helps me stay motivated and is always so excited for me when I hit my goals.. Ideal fitness is like family. Everyone is so awesome and welcoming.

Personal attention to every need. Heather Gilbertson makes personalized programs that are easy to follow and realistic to succeed. She has a plethora of knowledge, experience and empathy which allows her to relate and accommodate even clients with special needs. I have never felt so comfortable with someone when it comes to weighing and measuring regularly. I don't have a thyroid and have to be careful about what and when I eat.
