Best place I went to
Malik had been my Jeweler for 10 plus years now. Anything i need he makes it happen. He is more like family. His main focus is not to sell, its to provide you with the best customer service and making sure you leave happy.
Not helpful and would not give me a straight answers when asking about prices. I recommend the kay jewelers upstairs above this shop. They are very nice and take the time to help you learn more about their products and make sure you are taken care of. Ask for Angie she is very nice and welcoming.
Walked in the store and the guy addressed us by saying “whats up” in a very ‘what are you doing here’ tone. Im sure if we were a different shade he wouldnt have addressed us with a classless “whats up”. He then said they dont have diamonds and directed us to another store. We came to the mall to spend money on a diamond ring and we gladly did so elsewhere.
Let me preface this by saying that I am in sales and work solely off commission and customer experience. The previous review is spot on. Not sure what his position is but he is very rude. Has no problem selling you any kind of jewelry, in my case a ring for my wife. But after the sale, where the customer experience really matters, he fails.
