I had a deeply upsetting experience at this store. The owner refused to show me any jewelry, claiming he didn’t have the keys, and then began insulting me. His behavior felt blatantly racist, discriminatory, and degrading. He probably has a prejudice against black people. I will gladly be taking my money somewhere else. I would never step foot in this store again, and no customer should ever have to experience this.
Best place I went to
Malik had been my Jeweler for 10 plus years now. Anything i need he makes it happen. He is more like family. His main focus is not to sell, its to provide you with the best customer service and making sure you leave happy.
Not helpful and would not give me a straight answers when asking about prices. I recommend the kay jewelers upstairs above this shop. They are very nice and take the time to help you learn more about their products and make sure you are taken care of. Ask for Angie she is very nice and welcoming.
Walked in the store and the guy addressed us by saying “whats up” in a very ‘what are you doing here’ tone. Im sure if we were a different shade he wouldnt have addressed us with a classless “whats up”. He then said they dont have diamonds and directed us to another store. We came to the mall to spend money on a diamond ring and we gladly did so elsewhere.
