You can tell when someone loves what they do and B demonstrates that perfectly. Me and my fiancé went in shopping for engagement rings and B took the time and patience to walk us through customizing the perfect ring for us. Let me start off by saying I had the worst most horrible experience in the history of jewelry stores. Go somewhere else, for this to be a high end store they give you the lowest quality. I purchased a chain for a 2 year old and was in total disgust at the size of the pendant. Then they told me that they could make it larger for an additional fee.
