I give the highest possible rating to Ideal Fence. From the beginning, the owner was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and cared about the quality of the fence he was going to put up. He did the estimate himself. Gave alternatives of ways to fix my fence. The new portion of the (vinyl) fence was secured with 4 foot steel pipe. The fence is even and he put in a wonderful gate. Very disappointed with Ideal Fence. They failed to show up for a scheduled appointment and later claimed they didn’t have the address—which is simply not true. Even if that were the case, they had my phone number and were fully aware there was an appointment scheduled. A quick call to confirm or ask for the address would have been the professional thing to do. Instead, I was left waiting with no communication. James is an absolute gem and his staff is amazing! I was in need of a fence and he was so sweet and helpful and they even did it ahead of schedule!!! It is absolutely beautiful and I love it. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
