I have had these inserts for 15 plus years and they have literally changed my life. I am very active - run, play tennis, and could not continue without them. However, I lost one of the inserts. Ernest Wallace, of the Houston location, has been wonderful getting me a replacement. I highly recommend the inserts and his service.

There are two reviews you will always read, a customer with a bad experience and a customer that is so impressed with the purchase or experience, that they want to spread the knowledge of it...
