I had an excellent experience with this optometrist’s office. I had to cancel my appointment twice due to personal reasons, and each time the staff was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating. I love everything at Ideal Optometry! Right from the Reception the lady will listen and give good explanation. When you get to eye examination, the doctor is so friendly and patient to explain all that is happening. I am now more assured that my eye health is taken care of. So far, i have sent 2 friends who have the same outcome and i have just spoken to another friend who will visit @Ideal next week for eye services. Keep up good work serving clients

I had a terrible experience at this eye clinic. Dr. Bhathal,M has been the eye doctor for my three kids for the past three years, and I never thought I was trusting the wrong doctor. I visited him in December, and again on January 24. My daughter was experiencing eye pain and complained about blurriness at school. Despite her high myopia with more than -4 cylinders, he did not recommend glasses for my 5-year-old daughter and instead told me to return in four months.
