I love everything at Ideal Optometry! Right from the Reception the lady will listen and give good explanation. When you get to eye examination, the doctor is so friendly and patient to explain all that is happening. I am now more assured that my eye health is taken care of. So far, i have sent 2 friends who have the same outcome and i have just spoken to another friend who will visit @Ideal next week for eye services. Keep up good work serving clients

I had a terrible experience at this eye clinic. Dr. Bhathal,M has been the eye doctor for my three kids for the past three years, and I never thought I was trusting the wrong doctor. I visited him in December, and again on January 24. My daughter was experiencing eye pain and complained about blurriness at school. Despite her high myopia with more than -4 cylinders, he did not recommend glasses for my 5-year-old daughter and instead told me to return in four months. I recently visited Ideal Eyes Optometry on Derry Road for an eye check-up and to update my glasses, and I had an excellent experience. Dr Vineet Virk (Optometrist) was incredibly professional and took the time to address all my questions thoroughly. I felt reassured and informed throughout the process. What impressed me the most was the use of advanced technology, such as OCT scanning, a Visual Field Analyzer, and an Auto-Refractor. Excellent staff and outstanding service. They are very polite and cooperative. Got my eye exam done in no time . Vineet virk was my optometrist, she made me very comfortable. They are less expensive than others too.
