Personal expert service from your first pair to your 4th! Great advice for active/sport lenses. When I had one pair of traditional lenses that had a manufacturing defect (big scratch in the first few months even though no trauma out of the ordinary had occurred and anti-scratch had been ordered) - the warranty process was seamless and the new pair is still performing as expected.
