Absolutely abysmal customer service experience. Meghan at the front desk was not only rude, but discriminatory against veterans. She claimed that the provider wouldn’t accept the VA insurance after the office had signed a contract. Very disappointing in a small town business.
Ignorant of working with people with disabilities (autism spectrum disorder/IDD). Refused the use of contacts because he was unable to participate on their command during contact class due to his disability. They refused to release his prescriptions for us to go elsewhere. Which is against reasonable accommodations ADA, TOA, and Consumer Rights.
No one answers the phone. I have broken glasses and have waited over a week for replacement. Would not recommend them to anyone.
