Melissa truly knows what she’s doing! She takes the time to assess what you need and gives honest, thoughtful feedback — never pushing you to do anything you’re not comfortable with. I had Botox done for the first time and I’m so happy with the results! The experience was comfortable from start to finish, and I already can’t wait to get it done again.
Ideal Esthetics is the absolute best. They are so professional and friendly and are GREAT at what they do. I highly recommend for any service they offer.
Customer service is amazing, everything was explained in great detail, and all treatments were successful with great results.
Not good with communication. I reached out two weeks ago for some information, called to follow up and was assured the DR would reply and I still haven't heard back. Update: That's totally fine! I only got a response after I left a review..... You could have very well emailed and said just that. When i called to follow up I also said if this is something you guys don't do totally fine and again was reassured no we do the doctor has just been busy. Not sure i wouldn't have gotten a response if I never left a review.
