Ed & Mike recently installed two new Northstar awning style windows for our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. It was a big job but Ed & Mike were very communicative and knowledgable during the whole process and gave us great confidence that we were in good hands. We just had our windows replaced by Ideal Direct Home Improvement Company and we couldn't be happier. Ed was very helpful, kind, and did an amazing job with my basement drywall. Ed really helped me when I was in a tough spot- tight dead line and cleaning up a rough job. He was understanding and took on my job on very short notice, and with a tight deadline personally put a lot of hard work to fix my work and finish my drywall.
