Ed is absolutely fantastic! He replaced all of our windows over several years, in 2006, 2008, 2009, and 2010. In total, 29 windows and a sliding door.They alllook beautiful, reduced our heating costs by 50% (!!), and are maintenance free (no more exterior painting!). More recently (April 2024), the seal broke on one of the original2006 windows, after 18 years of direct south-facing sun. We used Ideal Direct for the interior of our home. It was a fully gutted job and we could not be happier. A couple of years later we decided to landscape and renovate our entire backyard. This was not a small task. Our yard is a steep hill from nearly the back of the lot to the back of the house. Our yard is huge (80s home huge lots).
