Hands down the best dentist and staff you’ll ever find in this area. Dr. Briggs is the kindest, most honest and compassionate dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. The staff from Kendra at the front always greeting guests with a smile on her face to the assistants in the back are all so knowledgeable and pleasant. I honestly had such a fear of the dentist until going here. I no longer dread dentist appointments.
My experience at ideal Dental was proper was a great experience. I like the fact they have modern x-ray equipment. All of the staff was very friendly and everything was fully explained. I look forward to my next visit.
It had been an embarrassingly long time since my last dentist appointment, so I was pretty nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, everyone who helped me was incredibly kind, welcoming, and personable. They did a great job explaining everything they were doing and checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. My wife and I are extremely happy with the staff and service. We used to go to a different location, but coming to this location was much better. We feel like we have friends there. I recommend them.
