Dr Trey Thomas is a great dentist and has excellent bedside manners and gives good advice to his patients when it comes to dental procedures. He takes the time to listen and talk to his patients if you have questions. I love how he explains everything that he’s doing to your teeth whether it’s during a cleaning or other dental procedures. He doesn’t pressure his patients into having unnecessary dental work and let you decide what works best for you and your finances. I will definitely be back as a regular patient.
Everything was awesome, but my chair 💺 was dirty early in morning appt. They forgot to clean it ,but amber had someone take care of it after I was seen so I appreciated that,and apologized it had not been wiped down ,she is the best! My new dental provider now. New crew now they were very accommodating takes Awhile tho but worth it the dr. Is real koo and good at what it does Great guy!

Dr. Trey Thomas is an excellent Dentist. He is very thorough and I had no pain from my procedure. Dr. Thomas and staff are very kind and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called their office.
I had a wonderful experience at Ideal Dental Waterside! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. Even though I accidentally mixed up my appointment time and arrived about 14 minutes late, they were incredibly gracious and still accommodated both my son and me. Dr. Thomas was exceptional! His bedside manner, communication, and ability to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit really stood out.
