First time here. Staff and Dentist were very professional
Today I was scheduled for my cleaning and exam with Lena and Dr. McPherson. I walked in and Monse made my check-in process very simple. Lena was very gentle with my cleaning and the assistants did great with taking my scans and x-rays. Dr. McPherson was the star of the office. She sat and listened to all my concerns about my teeth and make me feel embarrassed at all. She was very understanding and explained everything I need to get my teeth aligned as well. Everyone at the dentist's office, from the front desk to my hygienist, was super nice. My hygienist even showed me again how to floss properly.
Had a great experience at Ideal Dental Valley Ranch ! The staff was friendly, they made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!
