This office is horrible, the staff is rude, the dentist are aggressive, they have extensive wait times, the healthcare industry needs to do better overall. My feel in broke they replaced it & it's been hurting since then. I don't recommend this office if you're used to prompt professional service. This office should have some shame & treat clients better to ensure incoming business. You can clearly see they care more for the money than there care of the client.
Appreciate them taking medicaid and doing pretty good work. Constantly try to reschedule appointments on the same day or lose your appointment
Love this place so much. I was recently (a year ago) traumatized by a different dentist and this place has made me feel so good about going back. They have done a lot of work on me in the past 5 months and each time is a great experience. Also, I love how quick and painless they make it.
They accept United healthcare community plan Medicaid which is great. I noticed Dr bright doesn’t explain everything right away, but if you ask questions he’ll gladly explain what’s happening and why it should be fixed. His assistant’s are very helpful as well I had Sarah helping him work on my deep clean teeth scaling and root planing today and she did a wonderful job.
Great experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, the office is spotless, and the dentist provides excellent care. They also accept Medicaid, which makes it even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care!
