I had an excellent experience at Ideal Dental Stone Park! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean and modern, and I was seen right on time. My dentist was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated their gentle approach and attention to detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care!
Excellent and Very Friendly Staff
A nice and clean professional dental office.The front desk staff & x-ray tech was very nice with good customer service, but I felt like the dental visit was rushed. The dental plan was explained in details, but didn't offer a payment plan. The hygienist came in, didn't introduce herself, with no explanation what she will be doing, just went right in and started the dental work. The dental cleaning was very painful, didn't offer numbing medication until I had to stop her and say I was in pain. I have to rate the overall visit... read more
