The front desk receptionist are amazing! They are clear and consistent in their communication and very friendly. They are the only reason why im not giving this place a one star because I'm so upset. Upon coming in for a second opinion on having cavities, they confirmed I had them. We came up with a treatment plan which had FOUR phases. Then after the third appointment I'm told we have three more appointments???? The dentist was amazing. Very gentle and patient.
This will always be my dentist. The team cares. The dentist talked to me. They found potential issues but could offer options to accommodate my finances and schedule. The work they did was very good. The dentist provided lifestyle adjustments to improve my teeth and health.
I just had my wisdom teeth out yesterday under General Anesthesia, it was the easiest and smooth appointment I’ve ever had! I have a big fear of the dentist but as soon as I walked in everyone there was so friendly and caring! The doctor was amazing. So far I have zero pain or swelling that could change but I am confident in the meds prescribed I will be okay! I am getting married Friday so I hope the swelling is minimal! Thank you so much Ideal Dental I WILL be returning!
