My insurance changed so it was my first time in this office. Marcy in the front office was very friendly and explained all charges. Rosa was my tech who did all the X-rays and she made me feel very at ease. I especially appreciate that they are open some Saturdays.
I had my teeth cleaned by Leslie, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very nice, gentle, and took time to explain everything she was doing, which made the whole experience comfortable and informative. Highly recommend her and the entire team at the office!
Very grateful for getting Leslie as my dental assistant, she was very patient when it came to doing my x-rays & also informed me on what I can do to better my dental hygiene routine. The office was very clean & organized, will definitely be my home office from now on.
I had an excellent experience at ideal dental south lamar! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease , my assistant Leslie educated me about my dental hygiene and educated me on how i can do better my overall experience was amazing.
