Edit one year later: Today was the THIRD time my appointment was cancelled on me at the last minute. About a month ago I scheduled an appointment for my mom, and she was also cancelled on last minute. Things happen, but at a certain point it becomes disrespectful to the patients' time. I’ve been coming to this location a couple years now. I’ve really appreciated my experience so far and love my current dentist! The whole team is very nice and accommodating. I have a lot of dental anxiety and hadn’t gone to the dentist in many years before coming to this location. Needless to say, I began here with a lot of dental issues and all the work they have done has helped me a lot. They have been very patient with me and took the time to explain the issues as well as worked with me to find financing options.
I’m BEACH and UNIVERSITY here in Jacksonville Florida. Malaysia was awesome. Customer service was impeccable. She even got me approved for a financing for my bottom denture. I recommend this DENTIST to anyone that’s looking to get any dental work done. They’re very professional very positive and the energy is awesome thanks guys. God bless.
I had a great experience. The staff and dentist were super kind, sufficient and very helpful and knowledgeable.
This dental office is hands down the most polite and professional dentist office I have been to the ladies working the front desk were very informative and helpful
