I called the office with an emergency and the receptionist was helpful with getting me a same day appointment. When I went in for the appointment that day I was taken in for x-rays and the doctor came in and evaluated me. I was in pain, but unfortunately financially limited to what I could afford. The doctor was patient with me, discussing my options and was able to get me out of pain the same day. I was so grateful for the care I received and would recommend Ideal Dental to my family and friends

I visited this dentist approximately two years ago. They started a root canal for which I was in a lot of pain. The woman doing the root canal kept drilling even though I said to her repeatly it was not numb enough and I could still feel it. She them assumed it was not worth saving the tooth and took a pair of pliers to pull the tooth out. The tooth would not budge. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything
