I’ve never encountered an office with the level of incompetence that this one offers. I found the dentist through my insurance website, the website said they take my insurance. I called Ideal dental, and one of the staff members told me they take my insurance. I called my insurance to switch dentists. Ideal dental wasted my time by allowing me to make the appointment. IDEAL DENTAL- DR. RICHARD FREEDMAN & STAFF.... I have been a patient for numerous years and lately having teeth issues. I recently had TWO TEETH EXTRACTED (due to infection) I also have a FLIPPER which sometimes breaks and or becomes lost. My visits and appts. were so immediately accommodated. I phone their office and Kristin, front desk, put me in immediately between patients appts. Double root canal with double crowns. I went in to have both of my teeth removed, but Dr. **** told me he could save my teeth. I initially said no because of the price, but they worked with me and we came to an agreement. Since then, I have had a very bad infection occur (calcified puss sticking out of my gum), and now according to a new Dentist, I will loose one of my teeth for sure, possibly even both of them. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Freedman and his staff! They are extremely professional and really care about their patients' well being. Working with Dr. Freedman and his staff is always a pleasant experience.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had at a dental office. Walked in told them my issue and within the hour I was there, they took me back and took care of me immediately. Now most places say they take walk ins but you sit and wait for hours, not here. It was so fast and simple. What a great experience!! Thank you so much for your care, it was truly appreciated😊

I have been going here for 30 or so years. The staff is amazing and Dr. Friedman has been so attentive and calls me every day to see if my abscessed tooth is any better. It’s getting pulled tomorrow! I also see Dr. Froum who is a periodontal dentist. He’s wonderful and never hurts! Oh well I’ll be there tomorrow and I know I will have a hand to hold!

I never looked forward to going to the dentist until I made an appointment at this office. Dr. Freedman is very knowledgeable and has a kind and caring bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and makes you feel at ease. His staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant as well. You can tell they are genuinely concerned about your well being. I would highly recommend Dr. Freedman and his staff to all of my family and friends as their family dentist. Very satisfied with the care I was given.
