Great office! Highly recommend
TLDR Avoid—Dr. Esquivel is great but new management is horrendous. I have always have been up to date on payments but all of the sudden I owe them 250$ from a July visit ?? SHADY. — I went to them since ‘23 until Nov’24. I pride myself on always being up to date with my payments, in fact in my last appointment they gave me a credit supposedly because my insurance reimbursed them more than what they expected. Courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable staff:) Highly recommend!
Location doesn't communicate and pushes blames on other locations. The office manager is rude, overtalks, doesn't look at files, and doesn't listen. I would recommend going to other locations like Keller or Presidio locations less your on fire and can't wait.
