Nice technique and front desk
Nice clean office, plenty of parking. Great dentist like Dr Azzo are here.
Had wisdom tooth removal, so far everything has been good. Only thing I did not like was that the surgeon did not introduce himself neither explained the procedure. He just arrived, inserted the IV and put me to sleep without me knowing anything. I was coming from another office so I did not know any of the Plano staff.
I had a very pleasant experience at Ideal Dental today. The front desk girl was so nice ! She took the time to look for my dental insurance, that I did not know name of. The hygienist was terrific and made my experience overall just great.
