DO NOT GO HERE. This dentist office diagnosed me with the a gum disease that I did not have! When I went to another dentist for a second opinion they said my gums were perfectly healthy and I did not need the extra $100 procedure that ideal dental wanted to charge. They also refused to do my regular cleaning due to this misdiagnosis. Ideal dental tried to sell products and unnecessarily charge, example $50 toothpaste for a cleaning. "Went in for the free cleaning they advertise. My insurance covers a free cleaning with any dentist that accepts my plan. They refused to do the cleaning and diagnosed me with periodontal disease instead. I have a genetic enamel disorder called amelogenesis imperfecta diagnosed by my previous orthodontist. I told them three times it was a genetic disorder and wrote it in my intake forms. They still reclassified it as periodontal disease which is not the same thing.
