I am highly disappointed with the billing practices at this office. They submitted an incorrect insurance claim that completely drained my dental benefits. They reused the date of my very first visit (which had already been billed) and mistakenly processed my recommended future treatment plan as if the work had already been completed. When I brought this error to their attention, they denied any wrongdoing and refused to help resolve it.
