I don't even want to give this practice one star. They are unethical. They charged me for treatment before the work was started. When my insurance claims were paid, the negotiated ammount that was mine is $844 lower than what Ideal Dental Charged to my card. I have been in the clinic twice asking for a refund, with a promise of a call from the office manager, I also called them and was promised a call back (no call back) and I sent a certified letter with proof of the over payment. I had a great experience with my dental exam and cleaning at Ideal Dental Lynnwood today! I used to have a dental office in the past which I absolutely loved. 6 months after my initial appointment in July, where I paid in full before leaving and had absolutely no outstanding balance, I was charged an additional adjustment fee with no explanation or reasoning - feels dishonest. When calling for an explanation, I was unable to reach anyone who could explain what it was and was told I would receive a call back.
