I had a great experience with my dental exam and cleaning at Ideal Dental Lynnwood today! I used to have a dental office in the past which I absolutely loved. 6 months after my initial appointment in July, where I paid in full before leaving and had absolutely no outstanding balance, I was charged an additional adjustment fee with no explanation or reasoning - feels dishonest. When calling for an explanation, I was unable to reach anyone who could explain what it was and was told I would receive a call back.
