I had a great first visit to Ideal Dental today! The office is clean, modern, and has the latest technology. Everyone on the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome. The X-rays were quick, and I was really impressed by the detailed 3D scans. I highly recommend Ideal Dental if you are looking for a clean, modern, and caring dental office.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience. I first visited this clinic for what I thought would be a simple filling. During my consultation, I was encouraged to purchase a $500 membership because I was told it would save me money on my treatment. After signing up, the dentist informed me that I actually needed a crown instead. They took impressions of my tooth and told me it would be ready in about 10 days. I made the mistake of going to this clinic. I originally went in for a simple tooth filling. After the consultation, I was told that if I became a member for $500, I would receive discounted pricing on my dental work. I agreed to the membership based on that information. The dentist then told me I needed a crown instead of a filling. They took impressions of my tooth and told me it would take about 10 days. Trying to find a good dentist that actually listens is not easy. I did not have high hopes while looking. My boyfriend said I would like his dentist, so, I tried again. Dr Nam is so caring, listened to my issues and didn't make me feel bad that my teeth were bad. He made me feel comfortable, and not as nervous. I can't say I will ever say, I'm glad to go to the dentist, at least I'm not dreading it and I'm not scared. His whole staff is great. I highly recommend!
