Should get zero stars. I made an appointment for my husband and when making the appointment, I specifically said it was for a cleaning. We knew he would have to have an exam and xrays as well but they let on like everything would be included in the first-time patient fee. Even when he received his reminder about the appointment, nothing was mentioned about additional charges for the cleaning. After the exam and xrays, he was told he would have to pay over $1k for the cleaning. What a waste of time and this feels like a BAIT ... read more
