I’ve been going to the same dentist for the last six years but continuously had issues with them. I found myself avoiding my 6 month cleaning because I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. I decided to try Ideal Dental instead since it is closer to me. They were able to get me scheduled for the very next day. And they identified some issues that I fully believe my old dentist missed. Every Staff member here made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and professional. The dentist and dental assistant were very thorough in explaining everything to me. This is my favorite dental office that I have ever been to. Front desk staff has excellent customer service skills, office is very nice, clean & quiet environment.
