Ideal dental is the best dentist office I have been to in a long time. The doctor care about her patients. She take the time to check on her patients. Her staff is very friendly.
I'm here on vacation and had a emergency medical problem everyone in the office of Sunnyvale Smiles was so nice and helpful. The professionalism I receive from all of the people in that office was like nothing I have ever seen before and I live in Las Vegas Nv where we suppose to be the best in costumer service, Front staff Ericka,Sabrina,Dr.Shah, and Assistant Sierra are the best and efficient at their jobs with the friendliest personality to go along with. Office girls are professional. Office is nice! If the tell you the can give you a prettier smile with 2 front crowns- DR Fonseville can t not to me. don trust the crown service! Cerac is best for front teeth.
This location is great for the family, but even better than that, dr. Coleman is very gentle and caring. She listens to all my concerns. I will never see another dentist! Growing up as a dental phobic and a needle phobic, she's the first person who's been able to work on me without being sedated. I felt so at ease in the chair finally, since I don't want that fear to be passed down to the kids
So I went in yesterday with horrible tooth pain this was my first time with them. Staff was super nice and friendly and explained to me that I needed a root canal and it would be best to start it yesterday so I did and they let me know what I would b paying after insurance and with payment plans available! I will definitely be going back! Can't wait to start Invisalign!!

My wife and I went to Sunnyvale Smiles and they were very friendly and supportive. The doctor and his assistants took their time to explain the procedure that was needed. I will encourage others to visit this office.
Very unprofessional! This location has a very high turnover for employees simply because they aren't out to gossip.
