Worst experience ever! I walked out and will NEVER go back. I am leaving this review because Ideal dental sent me a link requesting…..so here it is!
Unfortunately, my experience at Ideal Dental Georgetown has been less than desirable. Each time I visited, there are always recommendations for things that didn’t feel necessary accompanied by long wait times. I have spent approximately an hour and a half each visit. Finally, I made the decision to switch to a new provider, which confirmed my suspicions that the recommendations I received from Ideal Dental were not necessary. I hate not giving businesses 5 stars- I truly wanted to, but I can’t. Every single person I encountered there was super sweet and friendly… this is the reason I wanted to give five stars. As far as bed side and friendliness and comfort level it’s a 5. As far as competence (I’m sorry), I would say a 3 or less… I have limited dental insurance (2k cap a year) and spent some of it by going to this dentist.
