The Good-Debra, my dental assistant was Awesome, very caring, and personable. I felt comfortable with Debra and she is an asset to the Garland office! She is a True Professional. The Bad-Back in June I was heading to my appointment to do finish my work at the Garland Ideal dental and I got lost due going to wrong ideal dental, I'm new to this area. Rowlett called to tell them I'm 5 mins away, when I got there, they rescheduled me, I was only 12 mins late! They wouldn't let me in to talk to them, they had me stand. outside th... read more
Initially, the service at Ideal Dental was excellent. I went to get my 6 months check-up. I was told that my filing came out; was provided with alternative treatment a retainer or Invisalign. Quoted $4000 for Invisalign and almost $3k for a retainer. They were quick to discuss the alternative treatment but failed to refile my filing and failed to give me my thank you bag that contains flossing, a toothbrush until the next check-up. Ideal Dental's services are slipping.
Really bad customer service and lied about warranty on my son braces

Dr Snyder gave me my smile back! Over the years, my two front teeth have become worn and chipped from grinding and eating acidic foods. Dr Snyder suggested dental bonding. I had the procedure done yesterday and am very pleased with the results. It made all the difference and I'm thankful for Dr Snyder for helping me the confidence to smile again!
Dr. Paterick is gentle, friendly and skilled. He is soft spoken and has a way of calming you down and easing anxieties. Christine and Melanie are wonderful hygienists. The office staff are friendly and helpful and Robin (Dr. Paterick’s assistant) is very caring as well. We moved 35 miles away from NGFD to Forney, the home of 1000 dentists but we still make the drive.
